My Version: Macaroni and Tomato

Originally I got the recipe from but I gave my twist on it.  It’s a delicious and simple macaroni recipe that you can whip for 20 minutes.


1 pack of macaroni (1 ounce)

1  1/2 tablespoon butter

1 can spicy tuna

1 can tomato sauce with Parnassian cheese

4 pieces of tomato (diced)

1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar

4 leaves of celery

salt and ground pepper to taste


1.  FIlled the large pot with lightly salted, oiled and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.  Once the water is boiling, stir in the macaroni, and return to a boil.  Cook the macaroni uncovered, stirring occasionally to prevent the sticking of the macaroni to the pan and to each other.  Cook for 8 minutes then drain well, set aside some macaroni broth for later purposes.

2.  Pour 1/4 cup of macaroni broth to the separate saucepan then pour the macaroni and place over to medium heat; stir in the butter, spicy tuna, diced tomato and tomato sauce with Parnassian cheese.  Steamed the tomato and put the brown sugar then the salt and pepper.  Stir while cooking until the butter, tomato and tuna has melted and incorporated completely.  Do this for 5 to 10 minutes.  Remove from heat, cover the macaroni and let it rest for 3 minutes.

3. For plating, just put the macaroni into a bowl, then top it with grated cheddar cheese and chopped celery then serve.
